Today’s Yoga session is about creating whole body balance by harnessing the energies of Yin and Yang.

Yin and Yang are reflected both in the body, and in nature. It’s one through line from the cosmic (macrocosm-in nature) to the molecular (microcosm in body.)

If energy is not circulated well, it gets gathers and becomes blocked and stagnant in the upper part of your body creating an imbalance between the upper and lower body. 

This practice is aimed to activate pelvic blood flow in the lower part of your body, while calming and relaxing down the energies in the upper part of the body. 

These poses which I developed to help women heal, expands the traditional actions of yoga poses to activate the energetics of the acupuncture meridian system. This system of Dao Flow Yoga optimizes the whole endocrine system and glands using 4 major techniques. Movement, Breath, Visualization, and Sound.
